When you learn how to make tinctures with the right herbs, you can make a calcium formula that provides enough calcium for your body, which recognizes it as a food. These herbs include: horsetail, nettle, lobelia, and oat straw. Learn how to prepare these and more at the Teas & Tinctures workshop.
